Who We Are
At First Home, we intend to build beautiful, affordable homes to SELL – not to rent – homes that hardworking Americans of all ages can be proud to own and afford to buy.
The housing crisis that exists in our country today has been caused primarily by one thing – GREED. Homelessness surged by over 18% in 2024 because corporate landlords prioritized profits over people’s well-being. Making a profit is essential for every business. Exploiting working Americans for endless financial gain is not, and the quest for ever more profit is tearing apart the very fabric of our society. We refuse to be part of the problem. We want to be part of the solution.
Most Americans are aware that a handful of large corporate funds, working together as a buying Syndicate with other companies they own and fund, have monopolized housing over the past several years, artificially inflating home prices and rents beyond what many working Americans can afford. This hasn’t been by accident — it is a deliberate strategy to inflate their balance sheets to raise additional funds, but it has also sidelined an entire generation. The people running these companies don’t think working class Americans matter. At First Home, we do.
We believe hard-working Americans, both young and old, deserve the chance to own an affordable home where they can feel safe and secure, and build their futures.
This is why First Home intends to sell only to individuals who want to live in our homes as their primary residence — not to corporations or individual investors who want to use them as rentals.

We want to make sure that doesn’t continue in the future.
Our Mission
To build beautiful, affordable homes to sell primarily to younger Americans as first-time home buyers. It’s our way of letting them know we care about them. We see them as valuable members of our communities, to be nurtured and cared for, not just as expendable cogs in a machine to be used and thrown away by the billionaire class after they have taken all they can from them.
At First Home, we actually care about people. We don’t just say we do to make you believe us so we can get you to move into one of our homes as a rental and then increase your rents every few months, and charge you hidden, illegal fees, and steal your deposits, so we can have a better quarter at your expense. We want to help young people build their futures and experience as much joy as they possibly can while doing so.
