OUR PLANNED PROJECTS

       At First Home, we’ve spent months designing three core project types — apartment/condo complexes, single-family homes, and duplex/townhomes — that we can quickly adapt to various locations and municipalities. These ready-to-go designs will allow us to efficiently tailor our developments to the specific needs of each community — whether they require apartment complexes, condos, single-family homes, townhomes, or a mix, which can be discovered in conversations with city leaders. We want to work in harmony and conjunction with each city and state in which we build projects.

       Once we make a decision to build in a certain municipality and secure a site, our pre-planned designs will assist immensely in streamlining the permitting process and time to project kickoff.

       Additionally, we are building relationships with reliable general and subcontractors nationwide to ensure we can deliver quality construction wherever we build. Our goal is to be part of the affordable housing solution by constructing beautiful, affordable homes that we intend to sell at reasonable prices — not houses to rent — thereby addressing America’s affordable housing crisis head on and allowing our buyers to build a future in the communities we plan on constructing. However, we also retain the right to build housing to rent, including Section 8 Housing if that is what a municipality may want, and we can be of assistance. Such housing is overseen by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) which builds housing projects to be rented only, for lower-income individuals.

       At First Home, we want to be of service to each community and to the nation. We see ourselves as being in the business of building American hopes and dreams, not in a business driven primarily by greed. We are not interested in participating in the manipulation of housing prices and rents in an attempt to make more money every quarter, as so many corporate landlords and managers are doing today, not caring about who is hurt in the process.
